I travelled to Cambodia during Chinese New Year in 2018 and it was one of the most eye-opening trips of my life. Siem Reap is a remarkable town situated just South of the famous Angkor Wat, but the town itself has even more to offer. The Cambodian people - so recently removed from so much turmoil, war, and tragedy - are some of the kindest, most positive, most resilient people I've ever met, and the time spent with them truly gave me more faith in humanity at large.
