Growing up in San Diego, I've spent a lot of my life embracing Mexican culture, and upon starting my travels and a re-learned love for speaking Spanish, I spent some time exploring Mexico. I fell in love with the beauty (and the food) of Playa Del Carmen and its world-class beaches, but near the end of my time in Mexico, had a lot of my camera gear stolen. Though it through me off course, it never derailed my work or my love for Mexico.
