I traveled by boat, car, and plane through The Philippines for about five weeks, taking in as much of the culture and the sun that I could. It was a difficult time filed with non-stop commute, some unexpected travel mishaps, and of course, endless tropical heat, but some of the most beautiful places I've ever found - though hard to get to - have been in The Philippines.
